    STARS WITH JAM

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 300 g wheat flour

    For the filling:

    • 300 g apricot jam
    • rum

    For sprinkling:

    • 100 g of powdered sugar

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    Mix flour, edible starch(Gussnel), powdered sugar and slices of cold butter. Mix the grinded almonds and egg yolks. Add the mixture of almonds and egg yolks and mix them with the dough. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for about an hour.

    Roll the dough with the cooking roller in a very thin layer. Use the mold to make the star shapes.     • powdered sugar

    INSTRUCTIONS:
